We’ll schedule a short Zoom call with your club director or coach to go over tour details, costs, and the timeline.

✅ Step 3: Receive Your Custom Team Proposal

We’ll send a personalized package that includes:

• Finalized tour dates & itinerary

• Pricing breakdown & what’s included

• Payment schedule and options

✅ Step 4: Sign and Submit Team Agreement

Once your team is ready to commit, we’ll send a travel agreement and payment plan. A deposit will secure your group’s spot.

✅ Step 5: Parent & Player Registration

Each family will register through our secure booking portal and receive access to important travel updates, packing lists, and trip preparation materials.
